FAQ

Answers to common questions about FuseProxy plans, billing, traffic, location targeting, sessions, protocols, limits, acceptable use and support.

Plans and billing

How is usage billed?

Rotating residential, datacenter and mobile plans are billed per GB of traffic that passes through the proxy. ISP proxies are billed per IP per month, with unlimited bandwidth. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Does location targeting cost more?

City, state, ZIP and ASN targeting on per-GB pools uses traffic at 2x the standard rate. Country targeting is billed at the standard rate. See Location targeting.

What happens when I run out of traffic?

New requests return 407 TRAFFIC_EXHAUSTED. Buy more traffic in the dashboard and the same credentials start working again.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards (via Stripe).

Can I get a refund?

See the refund policy for when refunds apply and how to request one.

Using the proxies

Which proxy type should I use?

Rotating residential proxies work on the widest range of sites. ISP proxies give you a static IP for long sessions, datacenter proxies are the fastest and cheapest per GB, and mobile proxies use 4G and 5G carrier IPs. The proxy types overview compares them.

How many connections can I open at once?

Up to 2000 concurrent connections per account.

Can I keep the same IP for several requests?

Yes, on residential and mobile plans. Use a sticky port or a session parameter to keep one IP for 1–120 minutes. See Rotation and sticky sessions.

Which protocols are supported?

HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5. See Protocols.

Can I connect without a username and password?

Yes. Add your server's public IPv4 address to the allowlist in the dashboard, up to 5 per account. See Authentication.

Which sites and ports can I not reach?

Government websites, banking and payment websites and adult websites are blocked on the network, and so are email ports such as SMTP and IMAP. FuseProxy is also not available to users in sanctioned countries; the acceptable use policy lists them. See Endpoints and ports.

Acceptable use

What can I not use FuseProxy for?

Anything unlawful, and anything that harms other people or services. That includes fraud, accessing accounts or systems without permission, sending spam, ad or click fraud, fake reviews or engagement, and collecting personal data without a lawful basis. The acceptable use policy is the full list. Accounts that break it can be suspended.

How do I report abuse coming from a FuseProxy IP?

Email support@fuseproxy.com with the IP address, the time including the time zone, and what happened.

Support

How do I contact support?
