Trust and safety
FuseProxy is built for lawful work on public websites. Fraud-prone destinations such as government, banking and payment sites are blocked on the network, abuse reports are investigated, and accounts that break the acceptable use policy are suspended within seconds. Payments run through Stripe, so we never see your card number.
Blocked on the network
Some destinations are blocked for every account, to stop the most common kinds of fraud and spam before they start:
- Government websites.
- Banking and payment websites.
- Adult websites and domains known to be harmful.
- Email ports, such as SMTP and IMAP, so the network cannot be used to send spam.
FuseProxy is also not available to users in sanctioned countries and regions, listed in the acceptable use policy.
These blocks cannot be lifted from the dashboard. Endpoints and ports lists what you can reach.
Clear rules, enforced
The acceptable use policy lists what FuseProxy may not be used for, including fraud, account takeover, ad fraud, fake engagement, spam and collecting personal data unlawfully. Every use-case guide we publish also lists what not to do.
When an account breaks the rules, we suspend it. Suspension blocks its proxies within seconds and signs it out of the dashboard. Every suspension and every other admin action is recorded with who made it and why.
Reporting abuse
If you see abuse coming from a FuseProxy IP address, email support@fuseproxy.com with the IP address, the date and time including the time zone, and what happened. Reports are investigated, and we act on the account involved.
Payments and account security
- Payments run through Stripe's hosted checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and accounts created with an email address must confirm it before signing in. You can also sign in with Google.
- Proxy credentials can be reset from the dashboard at any time, and you can allow access from specific IPv4 addresses instead of using a password.
Where our IPs come from
Residential and mobile IPs come from our network partners. The people behind them opt in through a disclosed app, are paid for the bandwidth they share, and can stop sharing at any time. We do not use IPs from hijacked devices or hidden software.
Your data
The privacy policy explains what we collect and why. In short: we do not record the content of your proxy traffic, we do not sell personal data, and we share it only with the providers that help us run the service.
